Less is more, just choose the right exercises 😘 No but seriously here’s some of my favorite abs exercises that you can do literally everywhere, at home or at the gym 💃🏼.

OKAY DO LIKE THIS:


🆗 Warm up with burpees 30 seconds x 4 sets.


1️⃣ 10 reps x 3 sets each side.
2️⃣ 20 reps x 3 sets.
3️⃣ 15 reps x 3 sets (keep the band stretched between your feet)
4️⃣ 20 reps x 3 sets.
5️⃣ 20 reps x 3 sets.


Rest 1 minute or less between the sets 🔥. .
