How to Build Big Arms? You’re going to want to begin by avoiding these 5 common mistakes!

We’re still working away on designing our 12 Week Bulking Plan. The goal is to have it wrapped up end of November and begin the video series the beginning of 2017. It will be me, Brandon and our friend Louis (who’s 17 years old) going through the 12 Weeks in a calorie surplus with the end goal of putting on as much lean muscle mass as possible.
