This is a plank challenge workout video! It’s amazing to define you abs and work on your core strength. It may seem difficult the first few times, but your body will get used to it and you will get good at it eventually 🙂 Have fun doing it and just do your best! If you are consistent with this workout, you definitely find it easy in a few weeks!
