This is a plank challenge workout video! It’s amazing to define you abs and work on your core strength. It may seem difficult the first few times, but your body will get used to it and you will get good at it eventually 🙂 Have fun doing it and just do your best! If you are consistent with this workout, you definitely find it easy in a few weeks!

  1. Genial! Matador esto jajaja yo como principiante en vez de hacer 50 seg de una, realizó los ejercicios despacios sin apuro y hago hasta 30 seg, cuando agarre fuerza haré los 50 seg 🙌

    I started to follow your 9 workout videos (my favourite was 7 min ABS) included the body strech 5x a week during my lockdown here in Valencia, Spain and ohhhh really very effective. You can't imagine how happy I am now. I feel soo strong. Your workout videos will be in my everydays exercise. Thank you sooooo much😘.
