Ab workout challenge here you go!!! Since you guys really liked my first 7 Min Plank Challenge, I decided to make a better version hehe with better music for you and your abs hehe!

This one is a great challenge that will make you feel your abs on fire !!! For ultimate results, you can repeat this ab workout from 3 to 5 times a week! You should already see a difference in your abs in about 2 weeks! If you are consistent and of course are eating healthy foods and portions!

I created a 30 min at home workout plan for you guys for FREE, which I will keep updating since I’m posting more workout videos! You can find it here on my highlights under “workout plan” :
