A NEW Full Body Routine – Beginner Friendly ♥︎

We train abs, booty, arms, back & core strength in this new routine. Everything is down on the mat – nothing in a standing position / no squats or jumps either. It’s very knee friendly & neighbor friendly as well! 

I tested this with Dennis and he approves – it’s manageable 😀

I will talk you through all the exercises, give you tips on how I do the exercises & what’s important. 
Those 15min will be fun – you got this! No excuses guys!

No Equipment needed. No rests (but you are more than welcome to take one, if it’s getting too hard). No noise (no jumps or anything). Everything is going to be down on the mat 🙂

  3. Don't get me wrong i love the simple no talking videos. Ive been using them for a while, but when you are talking through its fantastic. Ensuring i am doing it correctly, challenging me more and makes the time go quicker. If its not too much please make more videos while talking! Got a beautiful voice suggest you use it! ❤
