I know, we all have lazy days. And I know, it’s really really hard to find that tiny spark of motivation in your body. But if you found it: I promise I can multiply it & make you more motivated with this workout! 😀

This routine includes funny moves, moves that train your muscles and even some moves that will get you sweating. Let me know how you like it!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks and not much space needed 🙂 If you need a break tho – take it! Just don’t quit!

  1. As a Mexican it's just super weird listening to Spanish speaking music doing this workout. I have no idea if they are Mexican too, I really avoid Mexican and latinoamerican music a lot, this music type is called reggaeton (the last 2 songs).
